Chinese Chicken Curry

Curry and Chinese may not be the pair one might initially think of upon hearing these words, but it has had success throughout the western world as a milder and sweeter variation of the traditional Indian curries.

Similar to Japanese Curry Roux, Chinese Chicken Cury tones down the burning spice of Indian curries in favour of a thicker and sweeter sauce that even spice addicts can appreciate. The nature of curry lends itself to being made in a variety of ways, involving various spices and herbs, thickeners and bases, curry is both an adaptable and versatile dish that may taste different wherever you go, making it always worth a try.
